Vox Telecom 300GB Speed problem

I bought the 300GB Vox Telecom Fatpipe account during the promotion half price period. Now that the promotion is over i was beginning to get lag and unable to watch you tube vids which i always watch fine during promotion period. I have run speedtests indicating the lag and sub standard speeds (at times 1Mbps on a 10 Mbps line).<br> Lag can sometimes be 800ms on a local server. Have reported it to Vox and was told my Dslam is the problem.<br> Telkom has re-created my port and tested line and indicate no problems. This seems to persist but only at certain times which then leads me to believe that they have changed priority on these accounts after promotion and i see i am not the only one complaining. They must be congested and start shaping and throttling certain periods. Account ID: ***. Will have to cancel soon if this is the case. Nothing is half price in south africa. Always a catch.....
