Dear Bobby and Team! Moving is a really big deal breaker and huge stressful event for me. Bobby and her team really went out of there way to help us ,so a huge Thank you for the excellent service that we got. The sign up was so so easy and bobby was so so patient with me and all my questions!!!!! I had problems on connecting our WIFI router, I just phoned bobby and almost wanted to cry because I was battling and the next morning I needed to start work from home .She promised me that she will send someone out the same day! After 4 pm I thought she forgot and tomorrow they will come and help me ,but 16:15 I got a call from a guy that promised me he will come after 5 to help me. At 17:10 this friendly guy(I forgot his name he drove a Avanza ) helped me to set up the WIFI and answered all my questions although it was after hours amd I know his partner waited for him to pick her up after work,he was still patient with me and explained some stuff 4 times for me!!!! Thanks bobby and team for taking the stress off me,we definitely not used to this amazing service!! Regards Gizelle Randell and Pieter du Plessis
