Vox telecom

I, m a frustrated customer. Vox customer service are worse than government departments. I signed up for fibre and they assured me that the technician that installs the modem will make sure everything works. On installation they did the modem, my order included a supafone. The technician did not know about this installation. I did contact the sales rep and and with Vox outstanding service they claim, they send me my phone via a courier service and expect me to install it myself. I was informed that I need to pay a call out if I need assistance. What even makes it worse the Supa phone contents incomplete. Secondly my Sim with 1gig free data does not work. Today I received a nice invoice to pay for an incomplete installation. Did contact their customer support and they promised me that they will contact me back during the day. This also did not happen. All I can say to potential customers, be warned and find another provider. They totally useless and customer support does not exist. A Olivier
