Vox Telecom

Utterly disappointed in Vox's service. I have been trying to get our wifi up and running from the 22 December 2020! The router has been installed but is useless because there is no connection!! Each and every time we have called their technical support team, we have received the same story over and over again yet there is still no wifi!! We have received NO help from Vox telecom and they seem to be in the business of blaming Vumatel for everything. Shocking customer service! I would not recommend their services to anyone!
