Vox telecom

Vox telecoms is the worst network provider ever…since I’ve been with them I’ve never been happy. Firstly their debit order days never go off and because of that they will charge you 400 rands extra because of their mistake Secondly I’ve been asking for answers on why my debit does go through but all other accounts can debit on a specific day but till today no one has called or assisted me.

Now I’m being told about large amounts that I need to pay with their cancellation fee yes I never even cancelled the provider..their cancellation fee is about 2000 rands also which is a ******* considered other brands don’t even charge up to a 1000

I regret ever taking up their network because they just rip people off that’s all they do..I give them a rating of zero zero
