Vox TeleCAN'T... Again....
So migrating from ADSL to Fiber is a problem for Vox as is common decency.
I cancelled my ADSL in March and got Fiber. I was never told to manually cancel my own ADSL with Vox and wouldnt have thought about it as they are my service provider and I spoke about upgrading from ADSL to Fiber so thought they would do that themselves. (maybe they dont tell anyone and hope they can score extra couple of months double billing) So Fiber installed but running intermittently or with fluctuating speeds (still to this day). I have had my service suspended once because they made a mess up with the invoicing amounts which I was very upset about. I then find out that they are billing me for ADSL and Fiber and start a very lenghty process with Ms Shakira Mohamed Who speaks to customers like they are her children and doesn't get back to you. Eventually I get it sorted out. I then speak to Sheldon Botha (Personal Account Manager - SURE!) Who also does not get back to you. I spoke to him 7 days ago to get the ADSL cancelled and the extra billed months refunded or credited. 7 Days later no come back and my service is suspended again... I get hold of Sheldon who says he'll call in 10 minutes which became 30 which is not such a bad time frame but if you say 10 min do it. Don't say 10 when you know it'll be longer. Anyway he speaks to Shakira and calls back sayin they'll sort it out and Shakira will call me. Of course she doesn't but Accounts calls and says they stuffed up. It's happend a lot and they have turned my internet access back on and will send me a credit note for 2 months. I ask for Shakira to give me a call which she still hasn't and I get an email from accounts without the 2 months credit note...
Vox TeleCANT I promise you. They drop the ball all the time. They are inept and you shouldn't waste your time or money for a service that is promised but can't be delivered by these imbeciles.
I've given them so many chances to make it right.
