Vox Telecan't

Unfortunately this is the first bad review i have about Vox but when it starts it means their business is going down or client services is first to get cut due to slaking sales.

I have been trying to upgrade to Fiber but cannot get hold of anyone, they won't let me speak to a sales manager even though they did before and send a sales agreement with sneaking in a 24 month contract which i specifically said i didn't want!

Very bad service and i will be looking at other options until they call me back and see if they can make it worth while again dealing with a once attentive company.
