VOX Telcom .Disgusting
I have a loyal customer for 5 years, tolerated when the service was down. I get threatening message that I am late .After all this years paying more than the amount due. They tell me i will loose my loyalty perks. What loyalty perks no one has ever even consulted me on that. So you know what ,I will not be treated this way. They are not the only service provider out there. They are pathetic ,no connection with their customers .Disgusting service stay away.

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the debtors team has made contact and assisted accordingly.
In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
Notwithstanding the aforementioned, the billing, arrears and suspension process is included in the Subscriber agreement sent with the Quotation for the services.
