Vox Technical support is Pathetic
Fibre Been down from 30 May 2023. Tried calling technical support for an update they make me hold on for 1 hrs each time and cut calls. I emailed and get generic update with ref number but not why there's no fibre in Honeydew.
I want to be refunded for the days I don't have fibre to work. They are quick to collect their money but won't provide me with any updates.
