Vox support is pathetic

I have logged 5 tickets with VOX since October 2022.

Its 21 Dec 22 today and non of my tickets have been resolved.

I have waisted hours on the telephone to talk to someone. A total waist of money and time.

I have sent numerous emails asking for help with no response.

When I eventually got a response after not paying for services I did not request I was told that its my fault as I used the incorrect email addresses even though I received replies with reference numbers for the email.

I was asked to provide the ticket numbers as they could not find it on the system.

After providing it to them radio silence again.

This is totally unacceptable!!! They waist my time and money but they are the once at fault.

I would defiantly not be recommending VOX to anyone.
