Vox support is beyond useless

Vox's support is beyond pathetic. I would honestly rate it a zero if there was that option.

Daily issues, contacting Vox support is an exercise in futility. When phoning their support you will be lucky to only wait 15 minutes to eventually speak to someone who has no clue as to what is going on. Emails calls logged are ignored and never answered, and then simply closed 2 weeks later. I have spent the past 2 hours on the Whatsapp line trying to get someone to speak to and I haven't gotten past "How can I help?" from Vox.

Seriously don't waste your time with Vox. They are clearly a mickey mouse operation.
