No number of calls emails get it into THICK STAFF members heads that they CANNOT SHOW ANY CANCELATION REQUEST. Continue to harrass and badger me several times a day. Refuse to supply details of management and owners as is required iyo the Consumer Protection Act. Do NOT WASTE TIME WITH VOX. Chase paying customers to leave with shocking disservice
