Vox sucks on handling enquiries along with Vumatel. THE WORST!!

This is the ****test ISP to use in Johannesburg. I get no feedback with my wifi connected to vumatel. Vumatel is the worst company along with Vox. I have logged 6 tickets. The keep telling me they will give feedback. This is the second weekend i have to sit without wifi because they dont work on weekends. I am sick and tired of both Vox and Vumatels lack of care and service. You guys are the worst!

If i dont get feedback today. You will here it from me it has been a whole freaken week. You guys suck at service delivery. And vuma tel will not get their box when i should cancel. I promise you that!
