Vox sucks
Vox is quick to phone for payment..but not so quick to help their clients ...i spoke to 2 gentleman lastnight from vox and they promised me my fibre would be working within the next hour..well 12 hours have past and still no result..they keep you hanging on that stupid music they play till your airtime runs out ..who's going to pay me my R630 back for airtime i used to phone vox ...vox sure as hell wont ..worst service ever...

In the event of an outstanding account, Vox does notify the customer in advance of the default in payment, notice of intention to suspend the account and confirmation of suspension of said account should the account not have been settled.
A proof of payment or immediate EFT payment will not lift a suspension on your account until the payment has been allocated.
