VOX SUCKS!

Worst support ever!

I phoned to speak to a consultant to get our line activated. I've been transferred 12 times to different consultants not one of them in the right department, not one. How is that possible???? How uneducated is your team that not one of the 12 people I've spoken to can put me through to the right person????
