Vox sucks

So must a person alway write a review on hellopeter to get box's attention, I called in 3 times today for technical support, the lady said there are no calls ahead of me but I was on hold for more than 10mins and still no answer, when a person misses a payment you are to quick to suspend the service, but when my line is down nobody answers the phone. And when I wanna cancel you'll be telling me about cancelation fees, this service provider sucks!
