Vox Sucks

I signed up with vox sometime in November 2019 and I was told by the door to door salesman that this is a prepaid service if I do not pay I do not have access to the service and I will not owe anyone, the same was confirmed by a call centre agent who rushed me to accept the terms and conditions. Because all I cared about the fact that the service is on prepaid basis I accepted the terms and conditions. I missed December because it didn't make sense for me to pay for a full month internet if we'll only be home for few days. So I skipped December 2919. To my dismay I received a statement in January saying my account is owing. When I inquired I was told that it's not prepaid so I have to pay them monthly. I then requested a recording where I was told that this is prepaid, conveniently they refused saying they do not have the recording. When I requested cancellation I was told of installation fees that I need to pay, mind you this was marketed as free installation. When I refused to they handed me over to a collection company.
