Vox sucks

This company is unbelievable, the internet in the area goes off, they restore connection and my internet still doesn't work, then I'm told I might be billed for a technician to come out. So not only must I pay for internet that does not work I might still be billed more.

If it was not the only fibre I could find in my area I would definitely not be doing business with them.

Honestly, the worst and they always blaming someone else like TTConnect as if my business is with them.
