VOX SUCK

I have stopped my ISP because I have app**** for VOX Fibre. I know it will take a long time to install fibre because it is Openserv and I don't believe there is fibre in my area? But VOX wanted the account! I then ask VOX for a LTE connection and was denied????? Up to date no follow up when Fibre will be installed. I work remotely!!!
