Vox still hasnt released fibre line from Vumatel portal

Good Day

I have had enough of your PATHETIC service VOX TELECOM.... For the past 2 week I have been trying to migrate to a different ISP and you still have not released the line.

Who the HELL must I speak to, to get my DAMN line released from the Vumatel portal.... I want to move on but your incompetency is preventing me from doing this...

PLEASE RESOLVE THIS ISSUE URGENTLY!!!
