Vox *****ing your Money
Vox is so unfaithful towards their clients that they do not even bother to mention that they have promotions going on that will save you money on your existing package.
Then you when phone to have your package upgraded, they say they cannot help you, you have to cancel everything and apply again. What is the point of having a month-to-month package if you cannot do upgrades or downgrades when you feel like it?
