Vox, stay away!

Vox are usually a hassle free company to deal with until you have an issue. The after sales support is horrid. I cancelled my fibre line following the their procedure, and they did not follow through and release my line jeopardising my business and holding me ransom. Another service provider cannot take over unless the previous releases your line. They then disconnected only my Internet, and still did not release my line, a day early which was a Sunday and blatantly said there is nothing they could do about it! I called everyday for 3 days and still no resolve from their side all while my business suffered, wasting my airtime calling them and having to buy data which is crazy expensive and they just don't care. Nobody is able to assist and don't bother to return your calls and can only transfer me from dept to dept whilst blaming the previous one. I recommend you stay away from them.
