Vox Smox - Useless

If I could go lower than 1 star, I would. They are utterly pathetic and have no idea how to run a business.

This company needs to receive as many complaints as its possibly allowed.

Its brand needs to be affected on all social media platforms so that actual change can take place, because only then will they listen.

We requested a service from Vox in June, we have a trail of mails, phone calls and PMs that introduce themselves but then vanish into thin air. We are now in September and no one has even bothered to resolve our request.

I am starting to look for another service provider.

We have received less than optimal service from VOX and its brand has been tarnished in my eyes, which I will not hesitate to pass one to anyone who asks my opinion.

Vox does not care about its clients, Not once have my calls been returned or mails answered. There are no escalation procedures.

I am hoping that this hello peter complaint is met with action, but I wont hold my breath. Alex
