Vox small ups

I odered a vox mini ups so it arrived today when I opened it there was no instruction manual when I phoned vox technical they said to me to behind the box so at the back of the box is simple picture and this picture does not even closely tell me where what must be conected as there is so many different addapters can someone please do their job and assist me by sending me on e mail a more detailed manual I mean really if even I cant see it how will a elderly person see
