Vox Shox

Cancelled my account with no option to reinstate due to non payment, after being with VOX for a couple of years. I changed bank details and forgot to update vox. they sent an account supsension notice and cancellation within five minutes, just before five in the afternoon. no chance to rectify the issue. I immediately went on the app and paid the outstanding amount, but could not reinstate my service, Absolute horrid service. When phoning the call centre this monrning the agent was going to tranfer me to the collection manager but just transferred me back to the loop. Terrible.
