VOX - SHOCKING SERVICE!!!
SHOCKING SHOCKING SHOCKING!!!
I have been without internet for the last 6 days. My internet just suddenly went down on Friday, 21 April 2023, while I was in a work meeting.
Since then, I have lodged NUMEROUS calls with Vox. According to them the issue is with Openserve, and they have apparently lodged a ticket. I have however not received any feedback from them, and every time I have to contact VOX who then makes promises of feedback without delivering.
This is really frustrating and costing me a lot on data charges to work from home.
I AM REALLY ANGRY AND VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

8 days now without INTERNET, this is ridiculous. Have wasted so much money on airtime and data, and every time just being put on hold or empty promises.
