vox services unprofessional

Was meant to get the fiber line put in today 17 Aug 2020 after they said last week its a hole day job to install my fiber line... was arranged for today at 8:30am..... tool day off work again .... and guess what .... no one has shown up to do installation..... and no one knows why.... Amber has been trying to find out hole morning who was ment to come and why not come yet.... this is as bad if not worse service than telcome.... i am really thinking of canceling it all ... as if this is how it continues then what it going to be in future... i will be spreading the word about the unprofessional services i am getting.. i would give no stars
