Vox services is poor

Vox installed the router earlier February they are communication its very poor u wait without being answered on the call .I send a lot of emails only Tuesday some1 responded bt never came back with the solution or just to let me know they are looking into the matter .last month I paid for something that worked for 3 day nw I must pay again. im not happy either they fix or cancel without penalties coz its their fault.
