Vox service terrible
Very unhappy about the way these people operate. This morning I received an email saying my account will be suspended if a payment of R219 is not made. When I signed up the salesman specifically told me the package will not change. When I called them this morning a very snotty person in sales told me they sent a notice on 14December . I checked my mails and no mail was received regarding this. Getting transferred from sales to accounts and nobody can help. I will be suspending my account with vox asap

Well I am still searching for the mail that was apparently sent on 14 December.
I don't have time for this you say I say business. And also did not appreciate the attitude I got from the lady I spoke to. And if it went to my spam. Why would all mails from you not going to spam but just the notification mail? Very suspicious. But that's service in SA these days

I am not even offered the option to change my current package with Vox.
Just pay the money or we will suspend your account.
With all of this they force me to have account open till 1st April. What is the problem with these people.
