VOX SERVICE PATHETIC!!!!!

I've been trying too get fibre connected in my apartment. We are now 5th month and NOTHING has happened. Vox's reason was Vumatel is delaying everything but Vox is NONE the better. Now Vox comes back and say they couldn't process my order because my proof of address is older than 3 months - Who's fault is that????? It is pathetic service, I've had to cancel my Lte twice and re-instate again!!!!!
