Vox service is the worst ever.

I app**** for this service earlier this year, 2023...The technician who was send out installed the Fibre box on the opposite wall of the plugs, of which we are forced to have electrical extention cords across the room... this posed as an electrical danger and therefore complained to Vox representative and send back to the technician..... to cut the long story short, I'm billed over R6000 for a services not provided for, and handed over to third part for collection. To date I'm taken from pillar to post by Vox.
