Vox service is pathetic

Wow Vox is the most Pathetic fibre service provider. Signed up with William on Monday, 7 days later still no service, still no activation. I speak to their technical support and I am told that the project manager is busy with my activation and then 3 hours later I am told that I have to wait for Monday because the department who activates routers are only available on Monday?????? How do you send people to install on Sunday and then when we call for activation no one is available? Its Pathetic. No one responds on emails. No one calls back from help desk.

You guys activate my fibre line and send me a self set up without sending me the black router for me to set up my device or anything. I would like to cancel everything with Vox and I will never use you guys or recommend you to anyone again.
