Vox service is extremely bad

I’ve been waiting for weeks to have my Fibre connected, I was previously with Vumatel before I had moved and I kid you not vumatel had me vetted accepted and up and running within 3 days it’s taken weeks for Vox to just accept the order only to find that who ever was handling my order hadn’t submitted my documentation. Just some advice I think you’ll probably be better with any other provider. Literally any other provider would be better
