VOX Service Delivery Sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!
<p>Our company moved over to Vox late last year and since then the service we have received SUCKS. Our new offices that we are moving to still has no wireless insatlled although the installers have been there 4 times already, evertytime something else is wrong and we do not get any detail on what they require, even after asking multiple times. The project management is very poor and no-one tracks anything unless to enquire, then tehy will follow up. We have been struggling since November 2015 to get a fiber line installed in another site with no luck to date.</p>
