Vox ******** Consumers.

Vox refused to transfer my line, they are giving all sorts of excuses. The latest is that I must pay the full amount at my previous address.

In spite of being told that I could transfer the existing line when I installed it, now they are saying that if I want WIFI at my new address I must pay the full 12 months on the previous address.

Since when is a contract line not transferable. Going into three weeks now and Vox have still not got their act together.

They are taking advantage of innocent consumers who are ******** about the Law.

I will refer this ******** conduct to the Parliamentary Committee for the Telecom's industry.
