A month before moving to Bloemfontein, I had arranged with Vox to install a fibre router on the day i arrived. Very quick to sell there product they agreed. On the day I arrived I had to throw a fit in order for someone to come and install. to top it off I paid for a 100mb fibre line, however upon a speed test im getting less then 10mb. after 10 calls to vox nothing has been done instead im having to get in contact with frog foot to get this sorted out. I have not experienced any service from this so called service provider.
