After having problems on more than 2 occasions where I was without internet for more 10 days. Vox at first referred me to Vumatel .There technicians Riaan and co told us that a new Lan line was required . I bought and installed the new lan line and there was no difference .Vox then send Trevor an extremely helpful techi to try and sort it out and couldnt . After a lot of to and fro the problem got sorted .NOW THE **** A technician from Vox phones me and explains that all the dropped calls and problems are being caused by a single band decoder .He knows all about whats happened at my home so i dont suspect anything . He contacts me and says the supplier of the dual band decoder is from company in Midrand called Wi Fi Gurus He sends me an invoice with the Vox logo etc .The account is Nedbank acno *** Branch Code 198765.Afer the second time he tells me hes going to be late I phone Vox to ask them whats going on . They put me in touch with Enid Kurtz who is head of supplies of fibre to the home .She tells me its a **** and Wi Fi Gurus are not one of their suppliers . I give her the phone no and she talks to this guy who claims he is from Vox and then cuts her off .His telephone no was ***. She takes a look around the call centre and cant locate him .She then sends me acase number from Linden police station .There was too much knowledge about the situation for it not to be someone inside Vox . Im not easily conned but be WARNED .
