Vox ......run away....fast

A nightmare experience after they insisted they could supply fibre in Midrand. Never commit to a time and date to supply service, one month after neotel switch off.....which they were to replace......still no service. Call centre a nightmare to get anything positive out of and sarcastic....... say we have service when we dont. All system driven bureaucracy and no delivery.
