Vox *********** customers during covid pandemic

In response to an email I bought airties from Vox over 24 months.

In light of covid I wanted to settle and take ownership of the airties.

Imagine my surprise when Vox informed me that its a 24 month rental agreement with no option to own.

They refuse to sell it and require full remainng amount for last 17 months. Plus they want to collect the equipment as well.
