WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
VOX wants to charge me for a cancelled LTE service which i never used as FTTH has been installed. No credit provided on LTE line even though no services were consumed and cancellation request sent.
Now i have to pay for a LTE line i never used yet im utilizing their FTTH solution.
No joy from Vox account manager aswell.
I regret choosing Vox!
