VOX RICA department delayed and slow response times

Excited for signing up on VoIP with VOX telecoms? Well, the horror I go through with their RICA department I tell you. It has been 3 days after submitting my legal documents just to confirm a basic email address and it's like beating blood off a stone, to get feedback. They blamed the sales rep when clearly its RICA at VOX, guys COME ON MAN.
