VOX "RENTAL"

I have given Vox plenty of opportunities to reply to my emails but they just ignore me. 2022 Vox sold me a UPS for my internet provided by them for amount of R99 x 12 months. Now when I queried the ongoing billing of the R99, they all of a sudden claim that this is a rental. I know for a fact that the callcentre said buy it for R99 x 12 months. All I want is the recording where I agreed that this is a rental but they failed to provide me with this recording so be very very careful for any online marketing from Vox. I received excellent service from Vox in Centurion.... this was a phonecall sale / marketing
