Vox refusing to set appointment for technician or even to phone back

In the past month I have had 3 days of internet service. Vox will not contact me, when I phone they simply fob you off by saying they will escelate the situation and call you back. Which they never do. They do not make an appointment with you for a technician to come out and fix your broken service. When I phone Vumatel they simply say Vox is my service provider and they need to set the appointment. So basically there is nothing I can do. Locked into a one year contract paying for a service I am not receiving. And the people of Vox could not care less if they tried.

WATCH out people. These guys are **** and dishonest and you will have nothing for your money. EVER

Me again. After another 3 mails and 2 phone calls they scheduled a call back from a supposed manager at VOX to help me. The call was scheduled, and I received and SMS from them to confirm the appointment, for 09:30 yesterday morning. Never phoned. At 11:45 I phoned them back and after 30 minutes I was told that another manager, Michael Groom, would follow up and sort the situation out immediately and that the call centre person who opened the ticket, who never followed up on it by the way, Thunani, will contact me to give me feedback. Still waiting.

Then this morning I received an account from them for over a R1000 when my router configuration, and thus my link, was done only 12 days ago as per their mail to me to confirm it. It only costs R699 per month, so apparently they are now trying to charge me for almost 2 months. Why? Because that's the time I signed their contract. SERVICE BE DAMNED AND NOT CONSIDERED. This is unacceptable. I will fight them up to and including with my final breath. DO NOT USE VOX
