Vox refusing to release my line with no proper justification

Vox sales personnel was so rude to me. When I needed assistance they failed to provide me a solution and told me I had to wait 2 months without wifi connection. I have now opened an account with another service provider and they are now refusing to release the line. Hi Thandi,
