Vox Refused My Plea to Consider Making Payment Arrangement

I am very disappointed that despite informing Vox that I will not have funds for February and making arrangements to make payment in March, they did not even bother considering that. The accounts department just told me I must find the money to make money and that was the end of it! And then they tried to do a debit order but there were no funds and now my internet service has been cut off and I have debit order charges on my bank account.

I take back the good review I posted here previously! The service is just horrible and non-existent. You people are just greedy money hungry ^%$$%@!!!
