Vox refund for overpaying them. Frustrating experience

I mistakenly overpaid vox by R10341. I was supposed to pay them R1149 as per my monthly subscription. But i mistakenly paid R11490, so i added a extra zero by mistake. I have sent them numerous emails sonce last week and i have submitted my proof of transaction since i did the payment via card on thier website. I have submitted my account confirmation letter like 3 times already and proof of payment but still NO REFUND!! i have checked my balance on the account and they have deducted yet another R1149 today. Can someone please help me as i dont know what to do anymore. As i used funds that were deducted were needed for a very urgent matter and it seems VOX just doesnt care. This is so frustratingly painful MY account number is ***
