Vox Refund
I am so so angry at myself taking internet from Vox Telecon. I app**** for a sim only contract as i already had a router. They never told me i can only use a spesific router so i struggled to use it and Vox was no help at all. every time i called they told me they will call me back or they told me what i must try but nothing worked. after my premium of R494 went off still no help after more than a month. I then decided to cancel as it was no use im paying for something i cant use! I then requested a refund with my cancellation which i feel i fair as i didnt use it at all. Vox still hasnt given me any feedback after 3 weeks. this is pathetic i Hate Vox!!!!

Kindly note that we have received confirmation that the Support team did attempt to assist with the connectivity problems experienced. Unfortunately we were unable to reach you on the nominated contact details on the account. However, SMS and email notices were sent to advise that we have not been able to make contact to assist with the troubleshooting. Unfortunately the request had to be closed as we were unable to reach you. Vox received the Cancellation request dated 07/Feb/2022. Subsequently, the service has been set for cancellation effective 01/Apr/2022. March 2022 being the cancellation notice month.
