Vox Referral reward ****

I reffered mh neighbour to vox fibre as I have vox fibre. After a long time she was connected with my help following up with vox when they gave no feedback on installation. Without my referral vox would have never gained this customer I asked for my referral reward and was told on twitter that I dont qualify. Very infair. Will never bring vox anymore customers. They dont so what they promise.
