Vox promises you fibre and then disappears

<p>If you are looking for fibre to the home, look elsewhere, not Vox telecom. I have had an awful experience with them. The initial promise was that the fibre would be available from 1 November 2016. That is now shifting to May 2017. 6 months later, and I only found that out because I called for a status update, Vox did not even bother to let me know that there was a substantial delay on delivery. I am very disappointed in their customer communication, and I doubt they can deliver. I would suggest looking elsewhere for telecoms services.</p>
