VOX poor/NO service
Have had a FTTH problem. they insisted that it was a Vuma problem until proved that it was infact between the router and Vox. after phoning numerous times and been cut off.... it is still not working.... phoned again and as per there message they will return your call.... this also does not happen... Really poor service.... tried to escalate with no luck. unless they collecting you money.... USELESS

13 Sept 2021, 16:50hellopeter at work.... had replies from Vox and people started to escalate. after 20 minutes received a call and a technician was put onto the call that could resolve my problem... so after about 10 calls took 5 minutes to fix. thanks Vox and Hellopeter.
